Special Day

Last month, we celebrated my uncles’ weeding. It was a great day for everyone, but in the morning there were a lot of work to do. My aunt, mom, cousins and I had to go to the hairdresser and my uncle had not yet picked up his suit. Luckily everything is managed on time. It was raining, but the people says it take good luck in celebrations like a weeding. After the weeding we went to celebrate in a land where everything was ready for a fabulous dinner.  There we take some photos because it is a very beautiful place. Finally we danced and have a good time together.

 It was a very special day.

Today is Halloween!!!

Halloween, one of the world's oldest holidays, is still celebrated today in several countries around the globe. The autumn rite is commemorated in the United Kingdom, although with a surprising and distinctive British twist. In Mexico, Latin America, and Spain, All Souls' Day, the third day of the three-day Hallowmas observance, is the most important part of the celebration for many people. In Ireland and Canada, Halloween, which was once a frightening and superstitious time of year, is celebrated much as it is in the United States, with trick-or-treating, costume parties, and fun for all ages.
The word itself, "Halloween," actually has its origins in the Catholic Church. It comes from a contracted corruption of All Hallows Eve. November 1, "All Hollows Day" (or "All Saints Day"), is a Catholic day of observance in honor of saints. But, in the 5th century BC, in Celtic Ireland, summer officially ended on October 31. The holiday was called Samhain (pronounced sow-in), which means "end of summer", the Celtic New year.

KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken ! ! ! :D

Now I want to talk about one of all my favorite restaurants,KFC (or Papa's Jones). It is located around the World.There’s a lot of delicious food,
especially chiken wings. 

I love they mashed potatoes, is very good. And the bread, they make it so different, is delicious.They make too, a delicious salad with potaotes, carrots, eggs, letucce... While eating,you can drink all you want. They have many tipes of fizzy drink. The only bad thing is that no desserts.


Not wait more time and go! It is open every day.

Easy chocolate cake !!!

Ingredients                                                        Ingredients for frosting
1 + 1/2 cup flour                                                          1 + 1/2 cup softened butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder                                       3 cups powred sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder                                        1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar                                                                 4 tablespoons lukewarm milk
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs

Elaboration

1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Grease a 23cm cake tin.
3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
4. Melt the butter at low heat and add to the dry ingredients. Also add milk and eggs.
5. Mix everything together until smooth.
6. Transfer to bake and bake at 350 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.
7. After the cake has cooled, slice the cake through the middle to make two layers. 

Frosting

1. Cream the softened butter with powdered sugar in a bowl. Add cocoa, vanilla and 4 tablespoons lukewarm milk, and mix until smooth. 
2. Use one 1/3 of the frosting between the two layers, 1/3 on top, and the rest around the cake.
3. Adds decoration.

THIS CAKE SHOULD HAVE ROOM TEMPERATURE WHEN SERVED.

My likes and dislikes

Now I want to talk about my likes and dislikes . . . 

I love traveling and dancing, I go every week to dance classes. I like cycling in my town and hanging out with my friends. My favorite class is Maths, many people say it's hard , but I love it. I like listening to music every day before bedtime.

I don't like doing homework every day, only sometimes. I don't like vegetables, especially lettuce! I hate it! I hate getting up early because I love sleeping, It's my favortite Exercise! :D

What's the weather like today ???

This morning, it was cold and quite windy. But there’s been a change in the weather. Now the sun is very intense. The temperature is hot and the sky is clear.

In conclusion, today the weather is unsettled.
